Silvia is a highly respected IFBB Pro League athlete who proudly represents Australia in the U.S. each year, consistently placing in the top 5 in her fitness competitions. She’s also the Co-Director of 5Star Physique Personal Training & Coaching (founded in 2014 with her partner) and co-owner of the exclusive 5Star Physique boutique gym, based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Daniel Fletcher is a highly respected coach, athlete, and former Army serviceman with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. A father of two and lifelong sportsman, Dan has competed in bodybuilding for more than 15 years, earning multiple titles well into his 40s, including IFBB Pro League Australian Classic Champion and Arnold Classic Australia Champion (2020). His athletic career began in elite rugby league with the North Sydney Bears and Sydney Roosters before transitioning to bodybuilding after injury. Dan also served over five years in the Australian Army, bringing that discipline and focus into his coaching.
Kate Bergseng
Executive Assistant & Personal Training Coach
Kate has been part of the 5Star Physique team since 2020, bringing her passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing into everything she does. As our Executive Assistant, she plays a key role behind the scenes—organising operations, supporting our team, and helping the business grow.
Kate believes that staying active and eating well are powerful tools for both physical and mental health, and she leads by example. Alongside her full-time and part-time commitments, she also works as a casual Personal Trainer, helping clients build strength and confidence.
Loved by every member, Kate is the heart and brains behind much of what makes 5Star Physique run so smoothly.
Nick Buxton
Fitness Coach for Men, Women & Teens
With over 30 years of training experience and a lifelong dedication to fitness, I bring real-world knowledge and passion to every session. I’ve walked the walk — including stepping on stage and earning 2nd place in my first bodybuilding competition, the Australian ABF Championships at age 44.
As a father of two, I value being strong, healthy, and a positive role model. I hold Certificate III & IV in Fitness, and draw from a diverse career as a teacher, football coach, and teen counsellor, allowing me to support clients beyond just physical training.
I specialise in working with men over 30 to improve body composition, build strength, and take charge of their health. Whether you’re starting fresh or ready to level up, I create personalised, results-driven programs to help you thrive.
Sally Dehennin
Personal Trainer & Women’s Wellness Coach
Sally is a dedicated fitness professional with a lifelong passion for health, movement, and wellbeing. As a mother of two and a strong advocate for balanced living, she embodies the benefits of an active lifestyle, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With over a decade of personal training experience, Sally holds a Certificate III in Fitness, Nutritional Coaching Level 1 & 2 through Clean Health, full CPR certification, and a current Working with Children Check (0–15 years). Her professional approach is grounded in empathy, structure, and evidence-based practices.
Sally specialises in supporting women, particularly those navigating life after 40; to build strength, improve confidence, and achieve lasting results through tailored programs and sustainable lifestyle changes.
